    • You will never miss an important email ever again as I will ensure your inbox is kept clean tidy and filed where you can find them with a simple search.
    • Avoid wasting time confirming appointments and following up after appointments thus being able to spend more time on leads and customers and developing your business.
    • I will ensure you get the best possible deal with your travel and meetings commitments and ensure all your requirements are met routinely. I will ensure there is consistency and continuity when travelling frequently.

    Managing Files and Documents

    Allowing a Virtual Assistant to spend time managing your documentation, files and data, websites and intranets affords you confidence and consistency.

    • Never lose a file or image again and retrieve them when you need them with a sensible filing system that is electronic and secure. 
    • Built on years of experience I will ensure your print jobs are completed on time and to a high quality standard. 
    • Our data entry is accurate, consistent and clean giving you confidence in the reports you need.
    • Document and presentations will be completed in half the time due to my enhanced typing and presentation skills. No document is too small or too difficult to produce.
    • An up-to-date website is an interactive sales tool and can be used to generate leads. With my experience in both SharePoint platforms and Content Management Systems it ensures your site remains current and relevant.
    • Gather information quickly and efficiently by allowing me to do your internet research,providing you with relevant information.

    Leave your event planning to me, attendees will feel welcomed and confident due to my professional approach and attention to every detail. My excellent communication system together with my eye for detail will ensure that every meeting or event is given a high quality score by attendees.

    Having worked in administration roles for over 24 years in a variety of different industries, it was an easy decision to become a Virtual Assistant as it provides me with the flexibility to work around my young family and also allows me the independence to focus on areas of work I enjoy and specialise in.

     

    Prior to becoming a Virtual Assistant I worked with some of Australia's top companies including NAB and Macquarie Bank and other smaller organisations where I held a variety of different roles ranging from Receptionist, Analyst and Personal Assistant.
